Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you may or may  not receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details depending on the telecom provider and if you accepted and turn on for notification.

 


Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates

  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)

  • Selected international destinations (subject to courier availability)

If your location is not listed, please contact our support team before placing an order.

 


Estimated Delivery Time

UAE

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Remote areas: 2–5 business days

GCC Countries

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

International Orders

  • 7–14 business days (depends on customs clearance and destination country)

Delivery time may vary during promotions, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

 


Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.

  • Free delivery may apply for selected promotions or minimum order value (if announced)

  • Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders must be paid by the customer if mentioned on the checkout.

 


Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and contact number.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No response from customer

  • Repeated delivery rejection

The order may be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.

 


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon receiving.

If you receive:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing items

  • Wrong products

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order number on info@fastship.ae

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

 


Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.

Customers can track their orders directly through the courier tracking link provided.

 


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Public holidays or peak seasons

However, we will assist you in following up with the courier.
